Target group: |
56 NGOs involved in advocacy, policy for children and children’s rights, which are grouped in a cluster CSFP for children; Government and ministries, particularly those whose scope of work is related to children: Education, Health, Labour and Social Affairs, Youth and Sports; Government and non-government bodies and teams who are responsible for child rights or social issues that involve children, such as the Council for Children’s Rights, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction, ombudsman for children’s rights, councils for children and young people at the local level; Local Self-Government, local institutions and bodies that deal with children. |
Activities: |
Establishment of the Secretariat of the Network for Children, seting up and administering the web site, field research of the capacities of CSOs for children, training in the field of advocacy and policy analysis, desk research on models of networking and influencing policies, study visits to Slovenia and Brussels, organization of round tables, campaigns, TV shows, public hearings, preparation of brochure, final conference, monitoring and evaluation. |

Direct beneficiaries: 40 CSOs for children, 24 training participants, 12 participants of study visits, 150 round table participants, 50 final conference participants; Indirect beneficiaries: around 12.000 citizens. |
